Subscription Terms

Understand how subscriptions, billing, and renewals work on Zcall.

1. Subscription Plans

Zcall offers the following subscription options:

  • Basic: Limited monthly calls and basic broadcast features.
  • Pro: Unlimited local calling with advanced broadcast features.
  • Enterprise: Full access to global calling and high-volume broadcasting.

Subscription pricing is displayed داخل the app before purchase.

2. Payment & Billing

For iOS (Apple App Store) Users:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • The renewal cost will be the same as your selected plan unless otherwise communicated.

For other payment methods (Web/Android):

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
  • By providing a payment method, you authorize Zcall to charge applicable fees.

3. Subscription Management

For Apple subscriptions:

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.
  • Go to: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
  • Zcall cannot cancel subscriptions purchased عبر Apple.

4. Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that time.

6. Top-ups and Credits

Zcall Credits may be purchased for additional usage such as calling non-bundle numbers or exceeding plan limits.

  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Credits are non-refundable.

7. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • For iOS purchases, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
  • You can request a refund via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

8. Pricing Changes

Zcall reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect the current billing cycle.

9. Termination for Misuse

Accounts found violating our policies (including misuse of calling or broadcasting features) may be suspended or terminated without refund.

10. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve service quality.
