Users are strictly prohibited from using Zcall for:
- Automated spamming, unsolicited telemarketing, or illegal broadcasting.
- Harassment, threats, or impersonation of others.
- Engaging in any activity that violates local or international laws related to VoIP communications.
- Attempting to circumvent security features or bypass subscription limits.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Zcall reserves the right to modify or discontinue services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, and branding (Zcall logo and name) are the intellectual property of Zcall. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zcall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or communications failure.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
